Private landlords with a handful of flats sit between two bad options. Spreadsheets stop scaling somewhere around the fifth unit, and property management platforms are priced and designed for agencies running hundreds. RentDash aims at the gap between them: one to twenty-something flats, in EUR, CZK or CHF, in English, Slovak, Czech or German.
The status here is literal. It is in progress and currently paused, and nothing is public yet, which is why this entry carries no link. It is also the first thing on this list built to become a product rather than a tool I wrote for myself, so it will get a proper page when there is something to show.
