What I'm building
Rental management for private landlords with one to twenty flats. Multi-language and multi-currency, aimed at the SK, CZ and DACH markets.
Reads body composition from 25+ Bluetooth scales and exports it to Garmin Connect, Strava, MQTT and eight other targets. No phone app in the loop.
Bridges a Nexuri smart flat to MQTT with Home Assistant auto-discovery, so the building's own meters can drive automations.

My second brain works the night shift
Every second brain dies the same way: the inbox grows and nobody sorts it. Mine gets sorted at 03:30 - one model proposes, a second one approves, a dumb script writes. I was supposed to be the one approving.
